Pertt Velous

Pertt is a scholar obsessed with overly critically observing details to a near paranoid level to avoid what he thinks of as obvious flaws. He has recently been tasked by the goddess Ioun to catalogue all his knowledge in the third of her four repositories, a job that seems tailor made for his keen eye and sharp pen.

While he is sometimes hampered by a poor grasp for social cues his mind ever lingers when allowed to idle on a kind heart and a kind smile of understanding without words, and an injustice that had gone unresolved somewhere deep in the dark. His plans already formed, only a dwindling list of unfinished work prevents him from disappearing into the darkness forever.
