Medis Tarvona

The ancient brass dragon Jhotrunparth once served as the cleric of Oghma. The loss of Oghma effected Medis greatly, he withdrew from the world, wandering for a time before settling down and using his magic to stabilize the region around the walking city of Vroggoll. Because of this the city was able to put down roots in a single location, expanding to become a stable trading hub for the entire region. It also allowed Medis to disappear in to the depths of the city, not to be seen again for several hundred years.

Agents of Cyric, the same god that had attacked Oghma, eventually tracked Medis down and attempted to dispatch him as well. The attack drew the attention of the second campaign's party, which just so happened to contain the sorcerer who's head was playing host to the lingering elements of Oghma. Medis has since taken on a mentor role with the group, helping them where he can.
